Seashore

 

Seashore is an application to edit images based on the GIMP technology and can be run without the need to install the X11.

Although it’s simple on its applications and design, Seashore is very stable if you work with several folders of open files, and uses part of the code, brushes, textures and other tools from GIMP. Apart from using the same format when saving projects and using extensions (XCF), it can also save them in the most common formats (JPG, PNG, TIFF).

Seashore provides support for layers and alpha cannel, apart from a color reader and a very complete documentation and support for plugs-in. This feature makes Seashore an application easy but also very efficient.

 

In order to use Seashore you have to meet the following system requirements:

 

* Operative System: Mac OS X v10.3 (Panther) / Mac OS X v10.4 (Tiger) / Mac OS X v10.5 (Leopard) / Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard)

 

Minimum System Requirements:

 

* Processor Power PC G4 / Memory RAM 512
